Assumed managerial responsibility to lead team of Professional Service
Group (PSG) members of New Brunswick, NJ
and collected materials, scripts, brochures and finding facts to support the Co-Author of “Fast 50 Campaign” Handbook
Procedures which serves as a guideline for sales presentations for new (PSG) members. Using the handbook outline layout
illustrates the daily functional operations of the Marketing department. New (PSG) members can utilize this concept
to build self-confidence and achieve suitable employment.
Creativity
Demonstrated caller procedures script and networked with employer contacts
to introduced Professional Service Group. Presented to the new Professional Service Group members the research functions
of the campaign as well as introduced various marketing forms used to record daily reports. Responsible for creating
“Fast 50 Campaign” Handbook Procedures to serve as a guideline to enhance and facilitate employer contact responses.
Decision Making
Elected as Manager to Sales/Marketing Department of Professional Service
Group, New Brunswick, NJ
and was influential in developing guidelines, basic fundamentals and helping to elevate new (PSG) members for self-sufficiency
and success. As a result, blue print guidelines were written and designed for new (PSG) members to adhere and empower
themselves by sticking to the script.
